CyberMyte is the prime contractor, providing Facility-Related Control Systems (FRCS) and Industrial Control Systems (ICS) support to the 355th Civil Engineer Squadron at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base in Tucson, Arizona. This position supports the
maintenance, modernization, and cybersecurity of SCADA, PLC, HMI, and Energy Monitoring and
Control Systems (EMCS) infrastructure across the installation.
The System Administrator works directly onsite at Davis-Monthan AFB, coordinating with the 355th
CES and the 355th Communications Squadron on daily operations, trouble identification, and repair
verification. The position carries direct responsibility for a production federal operational environment
where system outages affect Air Force base infrastructure.
ABOUT THE CONTRACT
The 355th Civil Engineer Squadron maintains Facility Related Control Systems across Davis Monthan AFB. These systems include SCADA and EMCS infrastructure that monitor and control
utilities, facility systems, and industrial equipment across the installation. CyberMyte was awarded
the prime contract in September 2024 and has been performing through Option Year 1. Key accomplishments to date on this contract include remediating 100 of 130 identified EMCS
outages in coordination with the 355th Communications Squadron, replacing the SCADA network
hardware stack, developing and deploying automated logout for all SCADA HMI systems to meet
DISA security requirements, and implementing PLC logic for well systems and integrating power
supply monitoring. The contract is currently in Option Year 1 with no performance issues on record.
This position fills the technical execution role on the contract. The work requires hands-on
knowledge of industrial control systems, network administration, and Air Force base operations,
combined with the discipline to operate in a federal facility environment with strict access,
coordination, and documentation requirements.
