All About CyberMyte

βœ… Company Profile

CyberMyte, LLC is a Women-Owned, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business determined to help meet stringent Department of Defense (DoD) cybersecurity requirements. CyberMyte, LLC offers a security-focused cloud, providing services to DoD, Federal, and Public Sector organizations. The CyberMyte, LLC Cloud (CyMyCloud) provides a secure platform ensuring organizations meet NIST SP 800-53 and NIST 800-171 requirements. CyMyCloud will allow DoD and federal organizations to inherit all security controls required by NIST, reducing the time to authorization from 12 months to less than 30 days. In addition to a security-focused cloud, CyberMyte, LLC provides consulting services, third-party security assessments, system/network compliance, security policies, system/network continuous monitoring, and system/network security risk assessments. CyberMyte, LLC employees are experts in various operating systems, virtualization environments, automation applications, containerized environments, and networking equipment (physical and virtual). CyberMyte, LLC's goal is to enhance the security posture for client organizations while enabling an innovative environment. The idea of CyberMyte came from both Ms. Rivera and Mr. Evans’ combined 35 years working within the DoD. The continuous gap in security services was a constant issue for the DoD and vendors who participated in contracts within the DoD. CyberMyte is working on the Economically Disadvantaged Women-Owned Small Business and 8(a); both are pending approval. CyberMyte, LLC security engineering tasks are performed by the lead security architect, information system security engineer, and information system security officer, within the PCTE program. CyberMyte has performed consulting services for the Persistent Cyber Training Environment (PCTE), Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), VMware, and NetApp. We are industry partners with Microsoft, Red Hat, ManTech, and other small businesses.CEO Mrs. Rivera has prioritized starting the company as a well-managed business before hiring, taking on contracts, and selling products and services. CyberMyte takes advantage of SaaS tools like Gusto as our HR as a Service, Xero as our accounting and contract tracking software, Pandadoc as our document tracking and proposal software, and Pipedrive as the Company's CRM tool. All these tools can integrate into one another, creating a streamlined people manager process and tracking leads, deals, and contracts. CyberMyte achieved the Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, EDWOSB, 8a, and ISO 27001 and 9001 certifications because of the organization of business documentation and knowledge of the CEO. These certificates were achieved without a third party using the tools mentioned above, using online resources provided by the SBA and Central Florida SBA.

πŸ‘Œ Our Culture

βž• Always Add Value

The company believes that all employees are equally important and wants them to participate. Speak, give opinions, and make suggestions. Don't wait for someone to hear your opinion. Join us and contribute!

⚽ Be a Great Team Player

Teams that have members that are motivated and will go above and beyond to see things through to completion produce great results. Teamwork is made feasible by a can-do mentality.

βœ… Be Solutions-Oriented

Every business will always have problems. Don't look at the culprit; work together to find a solution.

🎬 Get Ready

We rely on each other to produce great work. We believe in gradual preparation so that others do not wait for us. Every day starts first. We all agree that if we were early, we would be on time. If we were on time, we would be late; and if we were late, we would be lost.

πŸ˜‡ Be Kind and Respectful to Others

Treat everyone with respect. Show respect and cooperation by saying "please" and "thank you." Resolve disagreements and always give each other room for doubt, even if you don't always agree. We respect all verbal and nonverbal communication and treat each other as we would like to be treated. In fact, we respect others even when they don't. We are always on the "A" game.

🌈 Recognize Diversity

The company promotes diversity and inclusion in the workplace. We want everyone to feel comfortable contributing, asking questions, being curious, and growing in their own way. We get into the habit of listening non-judgmentally and noticing the good things people are doing. We do not judge; we do not rule. We give positive praise and do random acts of kindness.

πŸ§‘β€πŸ’Ό Practice Professionalism

Your appearance, demeanor, and habits form the image your customers will remember most. You must show up daily feeling well-groomed, dressed appropriately, and ready to make first, second, and never-ending impressions.

⌚️ Exercise Compartmentalization

As team members, we do our best to do our job daily, 'leave the baggage at the door', and ensure that our personal life issues do not negatively impact other team members.

πŸ’Œ Be a Servant Leader

We practice servant leadership. Team members are humble and exemplify kindness, support, and inspiration in all aspects. We are balanced and predictable. We are stable and dependable. Even when no one is watching, we act morally. We put people first, want our teams to succeed, and don't look for individual praise.

πŸ”§ Get to the Root Cause

As teams progress and work together, disagreements and misunderstandings can arise. These can be periods of great growth. Please contact the person in charge if you need assistance. Gossiping or talking behind someone's back is not acceptable. To solve a problem, have a discussion, and come up with a workable solution for your team, always start at the root. We constantly tell people who approach us about another team member, "I think you should talk to that individual directly, not me."
