Accessing Your CyMyCloud Workspace

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Go to the CyMyCloud login screen.
   You'll see the usual login form asking for your email and password. 
   
2. Click “Login with CyMyCloud SSO.”
   It’s at the bottom of the login box — look for the Login with CyMyCloud SSO button. 
3. Enter your Keycloak credentials.
   You’ll be redirected to the Keycloak sign-in page.
   • Enter your CyMyCloud email (e.g., yourname@cymycloud.com)
   • Enter your password
   • Click Sign In
4. Acknowledge the warning notice.
   A pop-up will appear reminding you that this is a secure system governed by CyberMyte's Acceptable Use Policy (AUP).
   • Click the green OK button to continue.
      
5. Set up Mobile Authenticator (when prompted).
   • If it's your first login or 2FA isn’t set up, you’ll see a screen asking you to scan a QR code.
   • Use FreeOTP or Google Authenticator (⚠️ Microsoft Authenticator won’t work).
   • Enter the 6-digit one-time code generated by the app.
   • Name your device and click Submit.
       
6. You're in!
   After a successful 2FA setup or login, you'll be directed to the CyMyCloud Workspace.
