CyberMyte Services – Terms and Conditions

Engagement of Services
By approving this quote, you agree to engage CyberMyte for the consulting services outlined.

Invoicing and Payment
Invoices are due within 15 days. Late payment after 21 days may result in service suspension.

Service Scope
Services are limited to the approved quote. Changes require a new quote or formal amendment.

Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide access, information, and support as needed to enable the completion of the work.

Confidentiality
All sensitive information will remain confidential unless disclosure is legally required.

Termination Policy
Either party may terminate services in writing. Services performed up to that point are billable.

Liability Limitations
CyberMyte’s liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered.

Communication
Ongoing communication is expected to ensure smooth delivery and resolution of issues.

Intellectual Property
All deliverables, templates, documentation, or configurations provided by CyberMyte remain CyberMyte’s intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients are granted a non-transferable license for internal use only.

Data Handling and Protection
CyberMyte will only access client data necessary to perform contracted services and takes reasonable measures to protect it. CyberMyte is not responsible for data loss or security issues arising from the client’s environment.

Force Majeure
CyberMyte is not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, cyberattacks, labor disputes, or government actions.

Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. The venue will be Seminole County. Parties agree to attempt a good-faith resolution before pursuing legal action.

Non-Solicitation
Clients agree not to solicit or hire CyberMyte personnel involved in service delivery for 12 months following the conclusion of the engagement.


On-Call/Demand Service Terms

  1. Hourly rates may change annually.
  2. Prepaid hours expire on December 31 of the year of purchase.
  3. All other standard terms apply.
