Connecting CyMyCloud Email to iPhone Mail App

Follow these steps to set up your CyMyCloud email on your iPhone.

1. Go to Settings

• Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
• Scroll down and tap on Apps.
• Scroll down and tap on Mail.
• Tap Mail Accounts

2. Add a New Account

• Tap Add Account

• On the next screen, choose Other.

• Then tap Add Mail Account.

3. Enter Your Account Information

On the New Account screen:

• Name: Enter your name (this is what people will see when you send an email).
• Email: Your CyMyCloud email address (example: you@cybermyte.io).
• Password: Your email password.
• Description: You can type “CyMyCloud Email” (or anything you want).

Tap Next when done.

4. Incoming and Outgoing Mail Server

Fill in the following:

• Incoming Mail Server
  • Host Name: mail01.orl01.cymycloud.com
  • User Name: Your full CyMyCloud email address
  • Password: Your email password (the same one you use to log in to the workspace)
• Outgoing Mail Server
  • Host Name: mail01.orl01.cymycloud.com
  • User Name: Your full CyMyCloud email address
  • Password: Your email password (the same one you use to log in to the workspace)

Tap Next to continue

5. Save the Account

• Make sure Mail is turned on (green).
• Tap Save.

✅ That’s it! Your CyMyCloud email is now set up in the iPhone Mail app.

You’ll be able to send and receive emails directly from the Mail app, just like with any other email account.
