Engagement of Services

By approving this quote, you agree to engage CyberMyte for the consulting services outlined in the approved quote.

​Invoicing and Payment

• An invoice for the initial deposit or full amount (as per the agreement) will be issued upon quote approval.
• Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date. If payment is not received within this period, a reminder will be sent. Failure to pay within 21 days of the invoice date will result in suspension of services until payment is received.
  

Service Scope

The services provided will strictly adhere to the scope outlined in the approved quote. Any additional services or changes in scope will require a new quote or a formal amendment to the existing agreement.

Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing all necessary access, information, and support required for CyberMyte to perform the services. Delays or lack of cooperation from the client may result in delays or additional charges.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information shared during the course of this engagement. Neither party will disclose confidential information to any third party without written consent, unless required by law.

Termination Policy

Either party may terminate the services by providing a written notice. If the client terminates the agreement after the commencement of services, the client will be liable for the payment of all services rendered up to the termination date.

Liability Limitations

CyberMyte's liability for any claim arising out of this agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the services rendered.

Communication

Continuous communication with the CyberMyte team is crucial for the successful completion of the services. Clients are encouraged to maintain regular contact to address any issues or concerns promptly.

4. Hourly Rates & Expiry of Hours

CyberMyte’s hourly rates may change annually.

Any unused consulting hours purchased within a calendar year will expire on December 31 of that year and will not roll over to the following year.
